Angel Crossing Farm
Featuring Cormo Sheep and Wool
About Us
Angel Crossing Farm is located in Damascus,
Maryland in the rolling hills of Northern Montgomery
County and is owned and operated by Patty and Victor
Loun. We are breeders of registered Cormo Sheep.
Cormo sheep are a cross of Superfine Saxon Merinos
and Corriedale breeds that originated in Tasmania,
Australia. Cormo sheep produce fine wool that is
white, and soft with a long staple length. Cormo fleece
and Cormo roving are excellent for hand spinning.
Cormo yarn is a wonderful knitting or weaving yarn for
next-to-the-skin type garments. Our breeding stock
were carefully selected to enhance the highest quality
Cormo Sheep characteristics and our breeding
practices support the continuation of these fine
qualities.
